Found the words stamped on my dollar “Enter Series & Serial # at wheresgeorge.com”.
It’s a lot of fun, but just another internet time waster 
My dollar that was stamped with that came from Irving, TX - a waitress at iHop apparantly had it. They even calculate average speed per day and calculate how many miles it’s traveled.
