potatoes with a side of onion

I found my new favorite way to eat potatoes… even better than garlic mashed! Josh sliced potatoes, chopped some onions and green peppers and fried them in butter on a skillet. It was so good! Even the green peppers were pretty good and I hate green peppers. They just absorbed the rest of the flavor. That has me thinking… potatoes with my fresh rosemary from the garden…. yum!

I would have taken a photo, but I was too hungry and just ate them :)

    Sounds like when I make hash browns. I add peppers, onions, garlic. Sometimes I add chopped taters from the frozen bag.
