Fresh peach pie!

I attempted to make this pie because peach season is almost over at the Farmer’s market. I picked up 5 peaches and made this pie… A day and 3 hours of my life later it’s done. It was sooo involved. I know I’ll never make it again. But it tasted pretty good… just not 3 hours of baking good

Great job on the pie. See, now that you got the hang of the crusts- pies are easy. I did a lattice top pie once though, and it was a real pain and just breaks up into crumbs when you slice it. I like the 2 crust or single crust pies better.
