Run!

I started running regularly. At least twice a week and then my yoga once a week. I even invested in running sneakers after my first “run in” with shin splints.
For the first time in my life I feel I’ve earned the right to wear my track jacket!
hey… we started running too. Heather and I are going to be in a relay marathon come May 24 in Buffalo. I bought my first good pair of running shoes too. We try to both run up towards about 4.5 miles at a time, 2 times per week. We don’t always meet that, but we’re both doing pretty good at it.
That’s great! I’m not sure I can handle a marathon but maybe I’ll try the Santa Clarita half marathon
